The front desk staff was sweet. Their English skills were great. The hotel itself was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I was grateful the hotel gave us dog beds and water and food bowls.
The picture of the hotel online was misleading. It showed the building across the street.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! They offer a buffet with many choices. The restaurant area looked very clean. I did not actually have breakfast there. The restaurant facilities were nice.

The location is central. Many restaurants are near the hotel. You can reach everything easily by foot. Public transport is also easily accessible. You might need to make reservations at the restaurants on the weekend.

There is an outside seating area. The terrace was really cute. It was open all evening. I really enjoyed having a glass of wine there before bed. It was a great experience.

the hotel is clean, a quality that i find acceptable.
the air conditioning did not function properly , causing considerable discomfort, i found the pull out sofa couch to be uncomfortable, and it creaked noticeably with every movement.

The location was superb, right at the end of the main pedestrian shopping street. i appreciated being able to walk everywhere and found bolt services very affordable for longer distances. the hotel recommended a parking garage nearby. It was a short walk and felt safe and clean. i also appreciated the large elevator provided for easy luggage transport.
the air conditioning in the family room was not fully functional during the august heat, making it slightly uncomfortable, even after adjustments.

our 3-person room was spacious with very comfortable beds and fresh linens. the bathroom featured excellent water pressure, quality soaps, and soft, nice towels. the room was notably quiet.

The breakfast offered a great variety and was well-stocked. It was served in a stylish space with a courtyard view. i found the breakfast area quite appealing. (the fresh pastries were a highlight!).

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and the market. key attractions were within walking distance. Alternatively, tram lines nearby provided quick transport. the proximity to santa catarina was ideal.
